*Garvi Gujrari Gov't Emporium in Ahmedabad*

The following 18 posts are of photos taken at the Garvi Gujari Gov't Emporium Khadi Shop in Ahmedabad. This is a fixed - price store run by the Indian Government. All prices quoted are the retail prices. I spoke with the manager, and he told me that disounts are available on bulk orders - I am guessing that this will work out to about 20% on an order of $500 - $1,000+. However, my feeling is that many of these items can be found for up to 1/2 off + elsewhere, so, keep that in mind & use these figures as a high ballpark, and note that this store does have a very good variety, and it represents well what is available in Gujarat, particularly. Many of these styles come from the remote Kutch / Bhuj region of N. Gujarat, to which I am travelling tonight. So, comments are appreciated, in regards to what people are + are not interested in, so that I can continue to research products & prices. Yours Truly, Dave.
